Your order will be sent within two business days of us receiving payment. We use Australia Post but reserve the right to choose the delivery method that ensures you receive your order as soon as possible.

Once your delivery has been sent you can expect to receive it within 3-5 business days from shipping if you are located in a Capital City and surrounds. An estimate of delivery to other locations within Australia is between 4-7 business days. For badges, we charge a flat postage and handling fee of $4 per order, including GST.

When placing an order with Hallozween, we use PayPal as our payment gateway. This means that your bank and credit card details are kept private.

When using PayPal, your financial details are never seen by us, and you are 100% protected from unauthorised payments sent from your account.
