  3. Competition Period
    The competition is open now and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on February 26. Entries received after this time will not be eligible.

  4. Eligibility
    Entry is open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter, Shudder, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  5. How to Enter
    To enter, participants must follow the entry instructions as outlined above. Only valid entries completed during the competition period will be accepted.

  6. Prize Details
    Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) Blu-ray copy of V/H/S: Halloween.
    Total prize pool value: $174.95 (5 × $34.95 RRP).
    Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

  7. Draw & Winner Notification
    Winners will be selected at random and notified via email by Hallozween within 2 business days of the competition closing. If a winner does not respond within 3 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize. The prizes will then be posted to the winners by Nixco.

  8. Delivery
    Prizes will be posted to Australian addresses only. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged mail.

  9. Use of Entries
    By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter using their name and entry for promotional purposes related to this competition, without additional compensation.

  10. General
    The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its control arise. All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
