We want your Hallozween goodies to arrive safely, quickly, and without stress. Here’s everything you need to know.
📦 Shipping
Where we ship
We currently ship Australia-wide.
Processing time
Most orders are packed and dispatched within 2–5 business days.
Please note: many of our items are handmade or small-batch, so during busy periods or after restocks, dispatch may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location.
Express Shipping
If you are worried your order won’t arrive by a certain date, please contact us for a delivery estimate.
We can manually add EXPRESS SHIPPING to your order for an extra fee.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched - we primarily use Australia Post - you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
🎃 Pre-Orders & Limited Drops
Some items are released as pre-orders or limited drops.
If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready, unless otherwise stated.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
As many Hallozween items are handmade, limited edition or produced in small batches, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. You can read our returns policy here.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@hallozween.com.au within 7 days of delivery and include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll work with you to organise a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Incorrect items
If you’ve received the wrong item, please get in touch and we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
