Dark Alchemy Expo – Creator Shopping Voucher Giveaway Terms & Conditions

  1. Terms & Conditions

    1. The promoter is Hallozween / Dark Alchemy Expo.

    2. Entry is automatic with the purchase of a valid ticket to the Dark Alchemy Expo via TryBooking.

    3. All tickets purchased on or before 11.59pm (AEST) on Sunday 26 July 2026 are automatically entered into the draw, including tickets purchased prior to the commencement of this promotion.

    4. Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) $50 Creator Shopping Voucher.

    5. Winners will be drawn at random and notified via the email address used to purchase their ticket through TryBooking on the week beginning Monday 27 July 2026. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly when booking.

    6. Winners' names may also be published on the Dark Alchemy Expo social media pages after winners have been successfully contacted.

    7. Please be aware of scams. Winners will only be contacted via the email address provided with their TryBooking booking. We will never ask you to click a link, provide banking details, pay a fee or respond to comments or messages claiming you have won. Please ignore and report any unofficial communications.

    8. Each voucher:

      • has a value of $50;

      • is redeemable at one participating creator stall of the winner's choice ONLY during the Dark Alchemy Expo on Saturday 22 August 2026;

      • cannot be split across multiple stalls;

      • is not transferable;

      • cannot be exchanged for cash;

      • any unused value is forfeited.

    9. One (1) entry is received per eligible ticket purchased. Multiple tickets purchased in a single transaction will receive one (1) entry per ticket.

    10. By purchasing a ticket, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

    11. If a winner is unable to attend the event, the prize is forfeited and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.

    12. If the Dark Alchemy Expo is cancelled, the giveaway will not proceed and no Creator Shopping Vouchers will be awarded. Any ticket refunds will be managed in accordance with the event's ticketing policy.
